No. Our bridal suite is a rental space only, and you are welcome to bring your own preferred hair and makeup artists. This gives you full flexibility to work with your chosen beauty team.

The space is designed to comfortably host the bride, her bridal party, and up to 3 hair and/or makeup artists at a time, while maintaining a calm and elevated environment.

Yes. The bridal suite is a photo-ready getting ready space, and we welcome your photographer and videographer to capture your wedding morning.

Yes. All bridal bookings are private buyouts, meaning you will have exclusive access to the space for the duration of your booking.

Most brides book the suite for 6–8 hours to allow enough time for setup, hair and makeup, getting dressed, photos, and a relaxed transition to the ceremony.

Your booking includes:

• Exclusive access to a private bridal suite in Oakville

• Styling stations with LED mirrors

• Natural light from large southeast-facing windows

• Seating for your bridal party

• Space for your photographer and videographer

• Complimentary water station

Arte Beauty Studio is located in Oakville, Ontario, and is easily accessible for brides traveling from Toronto, Burlington, Mississauga, and across the GTA.

Light refreshments are welcome; however:

• No food may be left behind

• All garbage must be disposed of in the bins provided

• Any spills must be cleaned immediately

• Spraying champagne or “bubbly” is not permitted

Yes, we are a pet-friendly bridal suite. Pets must be registered and approved at least 24 hours in advance and must be supervised at all times.

Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments. If your booking exceeds the reserved time, your card on file will be charged accordingly.

Yes, there is convenient and free on-site parking, making it easy for your bridal party, artists, and vendors to access the space.

No. Arte Beauty Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, including dresses, accessories, or professional equipment.

Renters are responsible for their guests, vendors, and belongings. Arte Beauty Studio is not liable for damage to personal property or accidents occurring on the premises.

To reserve your Oakville bridal suite rental, please contact us with your wedding date, preferred start time, and number of people in your party. Booking is confirmed once payment is received.
